Troy Thompson is a certified Training and Nutrition Specialist and founder of the T2 Training Full Body Transformation System and Fitness Center. 

He is Canada’s top trainer with over 30 years in the health and fitness industry.

This all started the day he walked into the gym, focusing on gaining strength, putting on muscle, and getting lean.
